How It Works

Create a Tournament

• Fill in the tournament details carefully, as some settings cannot be changed after creation.
• Each user can only create one tournament at a time.

With a Qualifier Stage

1. Contenders register for the tournament.
2. Admins review and accept the desired number of contenders.
3. Admins schedule the tournament.
4. Once scheduled, a "Start Tournament" button appears in the top-right menu.
5. Clicking this button automatically generates the Qualifier Stage, allowing referees to start filling in match results.
6. Once all qualifier matches are completed, a "Close Qualifier Stage" button appears, opening the Final Stage.
7. The top X contenders with the best scores in the qualifiers advance to the Final Stage, based on the Final Stage size.
8. Referees then populate the matches for each phase, and a button to proceed to the next phase appears as matches are completed.

Without a Qualifier Stage

1. Contenders register for the tournament.
2. Admins can accept participants up to the limit defined by the Final Stage size.
3. Admins schedule the tournament.
4. If the "Use Seed" option is enabled, admins must manually assign seeds in the "Contenders" section. Otherwise, seeds are assigned randomly.
5. Once scheduled, a "Start Tournament" button appears in the top-right menu.
6. Clicking this button automatically generates the Final Stage bracket, allowing referees to start filling in match results.
7. Referees populate match results in each phase. As matches are completed, a button to proceed to the next phase appears.
8. The tournament continues until the final winner is determined.
